Sales and Client Relationship Executive Required for Night Shift
Job Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain strong client relationships with foreign clients via phone and email communications
- Maintain professional interactions with the client's thought leadership and content platform
- Maintain and enhance relationships with existing clients
- Identify customer needs and clarify information
- Manage schedules, track progress, update statuses, handle mail, process orders, and upload reports
- Exhibit strong analytical skills to collect, organize, and analyze data with a focus on detail and accuracy
- Perform tasks as assigned, work independently, and multitask efficiently with minimal supervision
- Contribute to achieving company goals through individual and team efforts
Educational Qualification
- Bachelors, in any field. Analytical fields preferred.
- O and A Levels are required. An IELTS score of 7.5 and above may be considered in lieu of O and A Levels, for applicants with equivalent and demonstrable skills and experience.
- Successful applicants must demonstrate exceptional English communication skills. Fluency in both spoken and written English is required.
Experience Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of relevant experience
- Preference is given to those with supervisory experience in an international call center or BPO
Additional Requirements
- Willingness to work the Night shift
- Strong interpersonal skills; must be a team player
- Computer proficiency required
